BODY- describes how the smoke feels in your mouth-its weight and texture on your palate. A cigar with a full body will feel thick, heavy, and rich in your mouth, while a light-bodied cigar will feel softer and more delicate.
STRENGTH on the other hand, has two meanings:

  1. FLAVOR INTENSITY – how concentrated or bold the cigar’s flavors are.
  2. PHYSICAL STRENGTH – how strongly the tobacco affects your body, such as giving you a buzz or making you feel lightheaded.
Importantly, a cigar can have strong flavor intensity but still be light in body. Conversely, a cigar can be full-bodied – rich and heavy in the mouth – while having more subtle, elegant flavors.
